１．Required documents for admission.
- ①8 photos of the applicant which taken within the last 3 months

- ③Personal statement paper for studying abroad
- ④Pledge
- ⑤Original copy of diploma or certificate of graduation
- ⑥Original copy of grades for each year of schooling
- ⑦The original copy of certificate and score sheet of JLPT level N5
- ⑧Certificate of Japanese language course
- ⑨A copy of your personal identification
- ⑩A copy of your passport
- ⑪Student registration certificate or letter (students)
／Certificate of employment (salaried workers)
／Certificate of business license (self-employed) ／Document proving registered business matters (members of the board of directors)
２．Documents which financial supporters have to prepare
- ①Certificate of family registration which proves all members of the financial supporter
- ②Expense Support Oath
- ③ The financial supporter's bank statement
- ④Colour copy of the deposit passbook/bankbook or original copy of the Bank Statement
- ⑤Certificate of business license (self-employed)
／Document proving registered business matters (members of the board of directors)
／Certificate of employment (salaried workers) - ⑥Income statement/certificate for the last 3 years
- ⑦Income tax certificate showing your annual income amount issued by
the
regional authority of the three most recent taxation years

Note: The health checkup fee is based on actual costs. If the price increases after payment has been made, the difference must be paid in cash during your enrollment.
Tuition fees are calculated based on six-month periods:
spring semester (April to September) and Fall semester (October to March).
Even if you enroll in May, the amount remains the same.
